Where does the data come from?
Nine primary Maricopa County sources: the Treasurer’s tax-delinquency roll, city and county code-enforcement cases, Recorder trustee-sale notices, and Superior Court probate filings. Public records, pulled the morning they post.

How is this different from a weekly aggregator?
